An explanation now - just in case you're new to this !
First - you can simply click anywhere on the headphones player button below.
This player is fine if you stay on this page or carry on browsing on another tab. If however you click on a link in the menu above, you will move away from this page & thus lose the connection to the player.
An easy solution to this is to click below to open a direct link to our radio stream page & this opens a new window in your browser, thus enabling you to carry on browsing on this website or elsewhere.
Another alternative is to listen to us via the 'TuneIn' service. This is effectively a vast directory of radio stations & we are one of the many thousands listed here. You can simply click the green play button below, or if you want to visit our page on the TuneIn directory then click on the left hand side of this box, on our logo. The advantage of TuneIn is the availability of this as an app for tablets, mobiles, tv internet systems etc.
(NB. You may find TuneIn insert an advert when you first connect this way. Don't worry - they don't last long !).
Finally we have listed below further tuning in links for Winamp, Windows Media Player, Real Player, QuickTime, Android & iTunes. These will open up your computer media player & leave running separate from your internet browser.
Below are various website & stream players, & also a link to our TuneIn player.
(Not familiar with internet radio ? Don't worry ! - Scroll down this page for an explanation).

(2) Link to stream URL

FOOTNOTE / BACK UP SERVICE
Our radio broadcast is made available via a radio streaming company & separate streaming server, as with normal internet stations. This means that part of the process of broadcasting to you is outside of our control, & whilst it is rare for this system to go wrong, streams do sometimes fail ! We therefore have an account with a separate radio station provider, 'Mixlr', which we will use as a back up service if required.
In the event of our normal radio stream failing, please try the player below, & check our twitter feed on the right hand side of this page for updates, (or at - www.twitter.com/radioemmatoc).
PLEASE NOTE :
In the unlikely event of our radio stream not working, please scroll to the bottom of this page for details of our back up service, & follow our twitter feed for updates.
